About the Role

To serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Group CEO, driving organizational transformation, business plan strategy and execution, as well as cross-functional alignment. You will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the company. This role will support the CEO and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery. A key responsibility will be managing cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
• Drive execution governance across the company.
• Support the CEO and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities.
• Track delivery of strategic objectives.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, and/or management consulting.
• Exposure to retail and/or family offices (inhouse or through consulting projects)
• Strong exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is mandatory.
