We are looking for an experienced Head of Division for Swimming Pools and Water Feature Design & Contracting Company in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of swimming pool and water feature projects
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams
- Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Director / Project Manager in swimming pools, water features or construction contracting
- Blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation
- Strong technical knowledge of pool systems, MEP, filtration, and water feature works
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driving license
