What This Role Is About

Our client, a leading local FMCG organisation, is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Cairo, to lead the talent acquisition function and support the organisation's continued growth.

The role will own the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the business attracts and hires the right talent across key functions and levels. You will partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, strengthen hiring strategies, and build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.

Beyond recruitment, the role will contribute to the wider people agenda, including talent management, succession planning, and organisational development, helping build the capabilities needed for the organisation's long-term growth.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with strong leadership exposure
• Strong and proven experience leading Talent Acquisition is required
• Experience within FMCG or another fast-paced organisation is highly preferred
• Proven ability to lead recruitment strategy and partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Strong track record of building talent pipelines and improving recruitment processes
• Experience across talent management, succession planning, or organisational development would be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
