Job Description

  • Develop and implement training and development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Identify skills gaps and create tailored training programmes to address them.
  • Lead the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee talent management processes, including succession planning and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in training and development.
  • Manage and inspire a team of training professionals to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Training & Talent Development Department should have:

  • Proven expertise in training and talent development within the property industry.
