The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Training & Talent Development Department should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in training and talent development within the property industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing successful training programmes.
