Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Office Receptionist located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Head Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling incoming and outgoing calls with excellent phone etiquette, greeting and assisting visitors, as well as coordinating internal and external communication. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional workspace, performing general clerical duties such as managing correspondence and scheduling meetings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients, staff, and guests.
