Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate daily service with seamless attention to detail.
- Lead and inspire the team, cultivating a culture of elegance and professionalism.
- Ensure impeccable service standards, reflecting the prestige of Italian fine dining.
- Coordinate with culinary and bar teams to deliver harmonious guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion and poise.
- Train and mentor staff, instilling the art of refined hospitality.
- Oversee inventory and readiness, ensuring flawless operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury restaurants or upscale establishments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a refined presence.
- Deep knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Knowledge in Italian cuisine is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Fluent in English or other languages are highly valued.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
