Head Waiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met
- Coordinate table assignments, service flow, and staff schedules
- Train, mentor, and motivate wait staff
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Collaborate closely with management and kitchen teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
