Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Head Waiter to lead our service team in a high-end fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain service standards, and supervise wait staff during daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate wait staff during service
- Welcome guests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Take orders accurately and provide menu and wine recommendations
- Ensure fine dining service standards are followed at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Train and guide junior service staff
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in fine dining
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
