Health Advocate Stem Cell & Orthobiologics

We are looking for a Health Advocate with a strong healthcare background and sound knowledge of stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedics, and sports medicine.

This role combines business development, patient consultation, care coordination, CRM management, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with international patients to understand their condition, treatment history, and expectations.

• Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team throughout the treatment journey.

• Manage cases from initial inquiry and medical review through treatment confirmation, scheduling, and follow-up.

• Collect and organize medical reports, imaging, and other documentation required for case assessment.

• Qualify leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up.

• Clearly explain the patient journey, next steps, and treatment process.

• Prepare and send treatment proposals and close leads.

• Attend meetings related to business development.

• Identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referrals, partnerships, and business growth.

Preferred Profile:

• Clear understanding of regenerative medicine, orthobiologics, orthopedic conditions, and musculoskeletal care.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience in international patient coordination, healthcare sales, medical tourism, or business development is preferred.

• Strong skills in CRM management, negotiation, follow-up, lead conversion, and relationship management.

• Organized, proactive, and commercially driven.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in stem cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a related healthcare field.

• Medical degree with additional training in Regenerative Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Care, or Healthcare Management, is preferred.
