Overall responsibility and compliance of the Company's HSE, making sure staff are aware of the importance of HSE protocol.
Monitor all costs related to safety tools and requirements.
Ensure regulatory compliance with the safety measures required by the Egyptian laws.
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines and standards.
Conduct all risk assessments as required by legislation.
Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports and documents as required.
Prepare and enforce policies.
Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
Monitor employee conformity to safety laws and policies.
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
Developing health and safety management systems including quality assurance systems and compliance with external and governmental audits.
Managing and coordinating audits, including liaising with external contractors.
Extensive attention to detail to distinguish safety hazards.
Develop standard processes for investigating accidents and incidents.
Generate and maintain safety records and reports for assigned areas exposed to hazardous substances electrical noise radiation manual handling risks.
Inspect, maintain firefighting modules and protocols and ensure their compliance with governmental measures.
Oversee the department, able to assist in hiring team members, setting schedules, and assigning projects. Should also attend meetings with other leaders, participate in organizational decision-making, and issue reports on their domain. Should provide necessary paperwork documenting compliance measures to governmental inspectors.
