Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health insurance products to individual customers.
- Handle inbound leads and provide accurate quotations.
- Follow up with prospects to negotiate and close deals.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and revenue goals are met.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of UAE health insurance plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in selling medical insurance in the UAE.
- Strong skills in quotation preparation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Knowledge of UAE health insurance policies is mandatory.
- Candidates with valid UAE residency visa preferred for faster onboarding.
- Must be able to deliver revenue in line with targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
