We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to join our Environmental Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and standards across operational sites.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support operational teams in maintaining health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Deliver QHSE training and awareness sessions to employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of QHSE activities, inspections, and compliance records.
- Support the organization in maintaining certifications and regulatory approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Pest Control, Entomology, Agricultural Science, Plant Protection, or any related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent health and safety certification.
- Certified First Aider.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the environmental services industry.
- Experience in Public Health Pest Control is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in a QHSE Supervisor or similar capacity is required.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
