Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe work environment, eliminating risks to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with AGH and client HSE standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Organize and conduct HSE training tailored to the nature of on-site tasks.
  • Enforce the implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSP (Job Safety Plan), and LPP (Life Protection Plan) during job execution.
  • Update and manage all HSE documentation and records in line with company and client standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify ongoing HSE compliance.
  • Report safety-related issues to site management and immediate supervisors through regular updates.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with clients and management to discuss site safety matters.
  • Stay current on relevant health, safety, and welfare legislation and communicate updates to project teams.
  • Oversee safety inspections, fire drills, risk assessments, and lone working procedures; ensure all staff understand their safety responsibilities.
  • Participate in monthly meetings to provide input on health and safety performance and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Preferred SEC Approval
