This is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah for a Health Safety Environment Officer. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. The officer will conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to safety protocols, deliver safety training to employees, and manage incident investigations. Additionally, the role requires consistent communication with management and team members to support a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence.
Qualifications
5yrs total experience
3yrs gcc experience
uae driving license preferred
Proficiency in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety practices
Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards and Occupational Health procedures
Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualifications
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and processes in health, safety, and the environment
Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and implement EHS programs effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in engineering or technical environments is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
