Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Saudi Fresh Graduate to join our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team. The HSE Officer (Fresh Graduate) will support site operations by promoting a safe work environment and assisting in the implementation of HSE policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction safety management and develop their professional careers in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the company's HSE policies, procedures, and standards across project sites.
- Support daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments under supervision.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions.
- Help prepare and maintain incident reports, safety logs, and inspection checklists.
- Promote safe working practices and contribute to continuous HSE improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with site teams to identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Saudi (Fresh Graduate).
- Passion for safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Basic understanding of safety concepts, regulations, and construction practices.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
