Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Healthcare Appointment Specialist - US Account focusing on outbound calls. The role involves scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient inquiries, making outbound calls to patients, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach during interactions. The specialist will also collaborate closely with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient support and enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications

  • English: C1 Speaking, US Culture awareness.
  • Background in healthcare-related fields, with an understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in English CS Accounts, prior experience in the healthcare or customer service industry is highly advantageous
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically over the phone, and, high objection handling skills.
  • Ability to work in the afternoon and night shifts. -Onsite-
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with patient scheduling systems and electronic medical records is a plus.
