The Healthcare Product Owner is responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our innovative healthcare solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems and user needs, and the ability to translate those insights into actionable product requirements and features. As a key member of a small, agile team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to build products that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on user feedback and market trends.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patients, and business leaders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Utilize data and analytics to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and product demos, ensuring alignment and clarity on product goals.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, regulatory requirements, and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to analyze data to drive product decisions and prioritize features.
