The Position

The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) serves as an empowered leader and the local representative of Roche, collaborating with healthcare stakeholders like policymakers, regulators, and payers. The HSP identifies common goals, co-creates, and implements solutions within ecosystems, thereby influencing outcomes for many patients. Through this role, the HSP is accountable for challenging and shaping the healthcare system to achieve improved health outcomes for more patients in a sustainable manner.

Your Responsibilities
  • The HSP collaborates with healthcare system stakeholders to foster innovation and create value for both the ecosystem and society
  • This role involves identifying, mapping, engaging, and managing various ecosystem stakeholders
  • The HSP serves as a trusted primary contact for both stakeholders and Roche, sharing the stakeholder community's vision and securing necessary resources to drive solutions
  • Embracing the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model, the HSP acts as a catalyst and coach both internally and externally
  • The position is empowered to leverage local and network resources, collaborating with other Healthcare System Partners and Patient Journey Partners as needed
  • The HSP analyzes individual ecosystems to identify broader trends and patterns within healthcare systems
  • The HSP brings external insights into Roche to shape strategy while disseminating Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge back into the ecosystem

Who You Are
  • University degree in Pharmacy, an advanced degree in Life


science and/or MBA is a plus.

  • At least two years of experience in Market Access is a must for this role
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the healthcare system, including processes, governance, access, pricing, and policy strategies
  • Demonstrates excellent customer engagement and management skills, along with the ability to handle complex projects effectively
  • Has experience leading cross-functional teams, with desirable expertise in formulating strategies and orchestrating collaboration
  • Functions as a system thinker and deep listener, showcasing sensitivity as a leader who reflects and responds to team needs
  • Holds strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience, adept at leveraging innovative methods and digital tools for stakeholder benefit
  • Fluent in English and Arabic Languages
