This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include performing HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repairs, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician will also coordinate with the team to address plumbing and electrical system needs as required to maintain optimal facility operations. Keeping detailed service records and providing exceptional customer service is an integral part of the role.

• Strong expertise in HVAC Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues efficiently
• Practical knowledge and experience in Plumbing systems and practices
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment
• Understanding of electrical systems and basic knowledge in Electricity-related repairs
• EPA certification or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in facility management or HVAC services in a residential, commercial, or industrial setting is an advantage
• Willingness to work in an on-site role in a fast-paced environment in Dubai, UAE
