Job Summary

Responsible for building and regional implementation of the training system for UAE experience stores. Improve store professionalism and sales performance, drive consumer education and consistent brand experience, manage field trainers, and ensure measurable, sustainable training outcomes that comply with local culture and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training plans, course frameworks and SOPs covering product knowledge, sales scripts, service procedures, experience operations and brand messaging, with coverage for both Arabic and English scenarios.
  • Be accountable for training completion rates, assessment results and behavior change for all store team members; report results regularly and drive improvements.
  • Analyze sales data and on-floor behavior to diagnose issues (knowledge, skills, mindset, motivation), design and execute personalized improvement plans, and track conversion results.
  • Design immersive, scenario-based and tiered training (online microlearning, hands-on sessions, role-plays, case reviews); produce bilingual materials and evaluation tools tailored to UAE's diverse consumer base.
  • Plan and execute consumer-facing product workshops, themed events and usage training to boost store conversion and repeat purchase, and strengthen local brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Recruit, develop and manage field trainers; set trainer assessment standards; coach and supervise training delivery and in-store support.
  • Build training KPIs (participation rate, knowledge scores, sales uplift, customer satisfaction, etc.), perform regular effect analysis and report to regional leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare training budgets, allocate training resources, tools and materials, control costs and optimize ROI.
  • Ensure training content and delivery comply with UAE laws, labor rules and cultural norms (including gender considerations and holiday observance), and respect local religious and cultural sensitivities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above; 3–6 years retail, electronics, or multi-store training/operations/sales management experience; UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Must possess practical training and classroom delivery skills; strong at in-class coaching, on-floor mentoring, role-play facilitation and one-on-one coaching; experience developing blended learning programs (online/offline).

Familiar with training design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, adult learning principles); strong data analysis and diagnosis skills; excellent presentation and cross-cultural communication; proficiency in PPT, basic video editing or LMS is a plus.

Results-oriented, resilient under pressure, strong organizational and cross-functional influencing skills; proven ability to lead teams and deliver on-the-ground.

Willingness to travel and be stationed in stores within the UAE; driving license preferred. Must comply with local work visa/labor requirements (company assistance available).
