High Performance Executive Assistant

This role involves working alongside the Head of Operations and the Founder, to scale a real estate advisory business in Dubai that works with HNW and UHNW clients - Matt Siddell Real Estate.

The role offers variety, challenge, and excellent learning opportunities as you pursue exciting opportunities, buying and selling real estate in ground-breaking style.

There will be a variety of tasks, daily deadlines and challenges, and the ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for professional and personal matters.

The candidate must be highly organised and able to manage marketing tasks, package listings, respond to emails, handle phone calls professionally, and schedule meetings and travel.

This is not a 9-5. This is a chance to become an integral member of a very dynamic team, and be rewarded for going above and beyond.

Candidates must be:

Already living in Dubai

Able to speak fluent English

Graduates with a bachelor's degree

Able to commit for 12 months minimum from day one.

Responsibilities:

Travel and diary management

Email management

Marketing support

Listings support

Meeting preparation and arrangement

Responding to emails and document requests

Researching comparables

Filing invoices and documents

Negotiating discounts

Liaising with third parties on a variety of matters

Sending occasional gifts!

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Proficient in MS Office (must include at least basic level Excel)

Additional:

Strong writing skills

Strong communication skills

Experience in managing priorities effectively and meeting deadlines

Highly organised, excellent attention to detail

Ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills

Salary Expectations:

OTE: AED 20k - AED 30k pcm from start

Basic: AED 12,500 pcm
