We are expanding our training division and inviting qualified Instructors / Trainers to join our professional team in Kuwait
Responsibilities
Deliver professional training programs as per international standards
Prepare and update course materials and assessments
Conduct classroom and onsite training sessions
Evaluate trainees performance and issue feedback reports
Ensure compliance with Safety requirements
Instructor / Trainer Skills
Strong subject knowledge in the relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident presentation and public speaking ability
Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
Good classroom management and facilitation skills
Ability to prepare training materials and lesson plans
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field
Recognized certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / ISO Lead Auditor / LEEA / PECB, etc.)
Train the Trainer (TTT) or equivalent instructor qualification (preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in corporate or industrial training is an advantage
