Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize company website performance, security, and integrations
- Implement and manage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Oversee and enhance CRM systems, including lead flow, automation, and integrations
- Manage and optimize WhatsApp tools, email marketing systems, and communication platforms
- Identify and implement new technologies to streamline business processes
- Develop automation workflows to improve sales, marketing, and operational efficiency
- Ensure system security, performance reliability, and smooth digital operations
- Collaborate with management to align technology strategies with the company vision
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology management or a similar leadership role
- Strong expertise in CRM systems and business automation tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and digital integrations
- Knowledge of website management platforms (WordPress or similar preferred)
- Experience managing WhatsApp tools, email systems, and communication automation
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
