Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Holiday Home Accountant, based in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing financial transactions, preparing monthly financial statements, handling guest payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and providing regular financial reports. The accountant will ensure compliance with regulations, support payroll processing, and track all income and expenses accurately. The role requires active collaboration with stakeholders to maintain financial transparency and efficiency in holiday home operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and preparing financial reports
• Experience with budgets, forecasting, and expense management
• Knowledge of accounting software, financial technologies, and general accounting principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the property rental or hospitality industry is a Needed
• Experience in Guesty accounting is a must
