Job Title: Business Development Manager Holiday Homes
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Holiday Homes portfolio by acquiring new residential units and building relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience securing new units, qualifying leads, and onboarding properties into a short-term rental portfolio. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new apartments and villas to grow the holiday homes portfolio.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
- Present the company's holiday home management services to property owners and investors.
- Negotiate and close management agreements with property owners.
- Manage the onboarding process for new units and coordinate with internal teams.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure units are listed quickly and ready for bookings.
- Achieve monthly targets for portfolio growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or real estate business development.
- Strong track record of acquiring new property units.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Existing network of property owners or brokers in Dubai is a plus.
