We are actively looking for an experienced Home Appliances Technical Support Trainer to join our Home Appliances Service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for complex cases escalated from service engineers for products such as Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Built-in Ovens, Gas Cookers, and Dryers.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues across multiple appliance categories.
- Guide technicians with advanced troubleshooting methods and best repair practices.
- Prepare and circulate service bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and technical notes.
- Analyze service data to identify repeat repair cases (reclaim jobs) and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare dashboards and reports highlighting reclaim trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to escalate recurring product issues.
- Design and deliver technical training programs (theoretical and practical) for service engineers and technicians.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on installation, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Develop and maintain a technical knowledge base for service standards and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Home Appliances Technical Support and Training.
- Strong technical knowledge of Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, ACs, Built-in Ovens, Gas Cookers, and Dryers.
- Proven experience in reclaim job reduction and technical data analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and training materials.
