Job Title:Homecare Coordinator (DHA Registered Nurse)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Homecare Coordinator who is a DHA Registered Nurse to manage daily clinical operations, coordinate patient care schedules, communicate with families, and support the smooth functioning of homecare services. The role requires strong nursing knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient care schedules for homecare nurses.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between patients, families, and the clinical team.
  • Ensure all services meet DHA standards and clinical guidelines.
  • Conduct patient assessments when required and prepare care plans.
  • Assist with mobilization, case allocation, and follow-up of patient needs.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and support of homecare nurses.
  • Handle emergency coordination and ensure service continuity.
  • Maintain excellent communication with physicians, clients, and operations team.
  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Compile information needed to establish definitive patient home care plans, including assessment of the appropriateness of requested services.
  • Document all supporting records in accordance with regulations of applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain document control of SOPs, forms, checklists, flow charts and other documents to be used by the department.
  • Assist department staff to develop and implement home healthcare services policies, standards and assess the performance against the standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain training records of the staff related to clinical/skills competencies, departmental enhancement programs, and other trainings (internal and external).
  • Coordinate with the Administrative Coordinator in reviewing the training plan of the staff and ensure the staff to participate in training courses.
  • Assist in conducting internal or external inspections, tests, audits of processes to ensure compliance with the department's/company's standards (ISO, JCIA, DOH, ADEK, DHA, MOH).
  • Collect and analyze department's data and provide feedback to the Nurse Manager and/or Home Health Care Manager.
  • Identify and report any clinical issues or deficiencies to the Nurse Manager and/or Home Health Care Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and facilitation of department's meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the home healthcare setting.
  • Conduct clinical audits and inspections to ensure compliance with the company's and/or health regulatory standards, if possible and as needed.

Requirements:

  • DHA Registered Nurse (valid license or eligibility letter).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience (homecare experience preferred).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Good knowledge of homecare policies and patient-care standards.
  • Proficient in documentation and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to clinical improvement and patient safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners preferred
