Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the Horeca sector
  • Create sales plans and forecasts
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats in the market
  • Lead by example by actively engaging in sales activities
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Monitor and report on sales progress to senior management
  • Develop and manage the sales budget
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, targets, and results
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Communicate product knowledge effectively to the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5 years of experience brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the HORECA sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the HORECA industry and its trends
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Ability to travel for client visits and industry events
