Role Description
- Lead and grow the food service channel in alignment with company strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee chef Manship and application management to enhance product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support regional performance.
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
- Responsible to acquire new food service accounts for the Company.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
- Identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Strong Food Service contacts
- Able to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, business results and developing markets.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
- Responsible to approve and critique promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
- Develop and execute effective HORECA account-specific Sales programs.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in Away-From-Home / Foodservice / HORECA Sales / FMCG Sales / Distributor Sales
- Proven track record in managing foodservice operations and driving business growth.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and verbal skills in Arabic.
