Job Description
Review all consultant drawings, presentations, reports, specifications and all stage gateways submissions for
hospitality projects in order to provide an operational view of the components and the scale of the
project.
- Assist with transparent service provider/ consultant selection processes to identify capable and best-in-field
consultants, in line with standards.
- Support the Hospitality Team and Development Team in all design phases for hospitality
projects through coordinating architecture and interior designs by the appointed consultants work in a
timely and effective manner as per policies and procedures and project-specific approvals from
management.
- Assist the Development Team with the coordination of all MEP, Structural, IT/Technology and other
disciplines as they impact on the hotel design and guest experience.
- Monitor the progress and completion of hospitality projects through their development life cycle to
ensure efficient and robust design integrity is maintained throughout the project.
- Coordinate with operators and the development teams to control application of design guidelines, brand
standards, design briefs and other Operator generated documents within the design.
