- Coordinate with front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas
- Follow hotel service standards and safety policies

- Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and transit processes
- Support elderly, VIP, and special-needs passengers
- Coordinate with airline staff, security, and ground services
- Handle passenger concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays
