Hostess Hotel

Job Summary:

The Hotel Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a positive first impression, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, coordination with hotel departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Escort guests to designated areas (restaurant, lounge, meeting rooms)
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements
  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services and facilities
  • Coordinate with front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping teams
  • Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and waiting areas
  • Follow hotel service standards and safety policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred

Job Summary:

The Airport Hostess provides customer assistance and support to passengers, ensuring smooth airport operations and a comfortable travel experience. This role involves passenger guidance, information services, and compliance with airport regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist passengers at terminals and gates
  • Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities
  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and transit processes
  • Support elderly, VIP, and special-needs passengers
  • Coordinate with airline staff, security, and ground services
  • Handle passenger concerns in a calm and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and holidays
  • Prior experience in aviation or customer service preferred
