Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that enhance service excellence across our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospitality environments such as hotels, tourism attractions, conference centres, or theme parks, and will be responsible for developing world-class training content focused on international social etiquette, hosting standards, customer service, and overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for hospitality teams.
- Conduct training needs assessments and create tailored training solutions.
- Implement instructional design best practices and learning principles.
- Manage end-to-end training projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Organize multiple training events within a corporate or operational setting.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, perform cost-benefit analysis, and calculate training ROI.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-based tools for tracking performance.
- Maintain training documentation, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure training content reflects international social etiquette and hospitality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Training, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality training is required.
- Professional experience in hotels, tourism attractions, conference centres, or theme parks is a must.
- Strong expertise in international social etiquette, hosting, customer service, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency required.
- Proven experience designing and delivering multiple training programs in corporate hospitality environments.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and other training technologies.
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and measure training ROI.
- Proficient in MS Office and data-analysis software.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
