Job Description

Someone who is focused with a keen sense of urgency and mentally agile to manage in a dynamic and challenging environment, someone who can maintain a composed demeanor and shows empathy while handling multiple guest requests .
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
