With the opening of our newest venue in Marina Mall Abu Dhabi.

This is an entertainment venue that will offer various experiences: Cinemas, Dining, Hospitality, Theater, Liver Performances, Events.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key responsibilities include managing reservations, unparalleled customer service, coordinating with team members to address guest needs, and ensuring the venue is presented to high hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, several languages needed (Arabic fluency preferred & English fluency is a must)
• Proficiency in Reservations management
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment
• 2-3 years Previous experience in hospitality, event hosting, or customer service roles is necessary
