Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception & Seating Management:
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and dignity adhering to fine dining standards.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and VIP guest seating with precision and discretion.
Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and manage optimal table rotation.
Customer Service & Guest Experience:
Anticipate guest needs, manage dietary preferences, and resolve inquiries gracefully.
Oversee reservation channels (phone, WhatsApp) and maintain detailed guest profiles.

Operations & Communication:

Coordinate with servers, captains, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
Communicate VIP arrivals and special occasions to the team.
Support service staff during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.

Etiquette & Compliance:

Maintain high standards of grooming, posture, and uniform presentation.
Ensure front entrance and waiting areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within fine dining or high-end hospitality is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
