Hostess

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess at Amaya, located in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience through excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, maintaining the restaurant's atmosphere, and collaborating with the team to create an unforgettable guest experience.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver exceptional service under pressure.
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
