The Role
The Hostess Italian Restaurant is accountable for all aspects of the F&B experience of Lombard Restaurant by focusing ultimately on both guest and colleagues satisfaction.
Some Of The Key Responsibilities
- Provides special attention to all V.I.P. guests
- Responsible for assuring that the standard of cleanliness are being maintained in her area.
- Welcoming the guest at the entrance of the restaurant, offered different kind of cuisine (Buffer or a la carte) and escorting the guest to the clean table.
- Restaurant hostess will make sure that the guest will get a nice goodbye when they are leaving the restaurant.
- Restaurant hostess will make sure to keep up the guest data base with the information like birthday, wedding dates, e-mail address etc.).
