A Hostess (Lobby Lounge) with Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts is responsible for welcoming guests and managing the arrival experience within the hotel's lobby lounge, ensuring refined service coordination and an exceptional first impression in a luxury setting.
What will I be doing
As a Hostess (Lobby Lounge), you are responsible for greeting guests and serving the needs of guests who experience the hotel's lobby lounge. A Lobby Lounge Hostess is also responsible for organizing and maintaining order within the reservations and seating area, including the logging of bookings and enquiries. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of lounge menus, beverage offerings, and signature experiences to respond confidently to guest
