About the Role

Join our Front of House pre-opening team at Kapitol as an enthusiastic and experienced Hostess and help us shape an unforgettable guest experience.

Kapitol marks a bold new chapter for SHG, expanding the Group's portfolio with an immersive, game-led venue that seamlessly merges dynamic food and beverage experiences with state-of-the-art entertainment. Spanning three expansive floors and over 30,000 sq ft, Kapitol is a monumental social hub inspired by the elegance and geometry of the Art Deco era.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations and the waiting list, and guide guests to their tables.
• Ensure efficient seating arrangements while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Support the service team when needed and assist with event setups.
• Provide professional, attentive service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Stay knowledgeable about all games, equipment, and systems within the gaming center to assist guests effectively and uphold brand standards.
• Attend departmental briefings and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in a similar role within leisure, entertainment, or family entertainment venues.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Experience with reservation or POS systems preferred.
• Highly customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
• A reliable team player who remains calm and effective under pressure.
