Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha for a Hotel Contracting Manager. The key responsibilities include negotiating and securing contracts with hotels, building and maintaining relationships with hotel partners, managing budgets, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and ensuring optimal pricing and availability. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and optimize sales opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners and clients
• Proficiency in Sales and negotiating contracts to achieve favorable terms for the organization
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
