Hotel Manager for a luxury hotel in Dubai, UAE
(Experience in luxury hotels in Europe is mandatory Middle East or UAE experience is preferred)
This role is ideal for a seasoned luxury hotel professional with a food & beverage background seeking to lead a Forbes standard or similar property in one of the world's most competitive and prestigious hospitality markets.
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of a 200 rooms luxury hotel with state-of-the-art facilities, fine dining restaurants, and Spa.
This individual will oversee all operational, commercial, and guest-experience aspects of the property. This role ensures the hotel consistently delivers exceptional service standards, strong financial results, and brand excellence while positioning the property as a market leader within the luxury hospitality segment.
Reporting to the Complex General Manager and Regional Vice President, the Hotel Manager will act as the day-to-day business leader of the hotel, driving operational excellence, revenue performance, talent development, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations and consistently high service standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and luxury service aligned with the brand's philosophy.
- Lead and mentor department heads, developing a strong executive team and succession pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, health & safety, and risk management policies.
- Drive the hotel's overall commercial strategy, including revenue optimization, cost control, and profitability.
- Partner closely with Food & Beverage, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance to maximize RevPAR, GOP, and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitive performance, and guest insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare, manage, and deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans.
- Personally champion exceptional guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
- Maintain and elevate luxury service standards, guest satisfaction scores, and brand recognition.
- Act as a visible leader within the hotel, engaging with VIP guests, key clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent the hotel externally within the UAE luxury hospitality market and broader industry.
- Build strong relationships with owners, corporate offices, partners, and key commercial accounts.
- Ensure alignment between ownership expectations and brand objectives.
Experience & Profile:
- Must have strong Food & Beverage Background
- Mandatory experience in luxury hotels in Europe, with a strong understanding of European luxury service culture.
- Previous experience in UAE is highly preferred, with knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and guest expectations.
- Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
