Position: Hotel Reservation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Shift: Rotational 24/7
What You'll Do:
- Manage hotel reservations, including bookings, amendments, and cancellations
- Handle guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, or booking systems
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel services
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining service excellence
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in hotel reservations / hospitality / customer service is required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
