Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using reservation management systems and related software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
