Job Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing profitable business for Aerotel Hotel by managing and expanding relationships with airlines, corporate clients, financial institutions, and travel trade partners. The role focuses on achieving approved sales targets, managing key accounts, and strengthening the hotel's commercial performance through effective sales planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the annual sales revenue budget for Aerotel Hotel and submit it to the General Manager for review and approval.
  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan aligned with the hotel's budget, positioning, and commercial objectives.
  • Build strong coordination with Operations, Finance, Revenue Management, and other internal departments to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Report sales activities, performance results, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and analyze the hospitality market, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and demand patterns.
  • Propose pricing strategies for rooms and services based on cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including airlines, corporate accounts, travel agents, banks, and strategic partners.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Act as a coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) to support contract negotiations, renewals, and agreement finalization.
  • Follow up on contracted accounts payments in coordination with the Finance team and assist in resolving any related issues.
  • Monitor hotel revenue performance and P&L trends on a daily and monthly basis and recommend corrective actions when required.
  • Establish and execute a structured sales call plan to meet existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, long stays, and corporate agreements.
  • Support the launch of new hotel products, packages, and promotions in coordination with management.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems to document sales activities, manage pipelines, and track account performance.
  • Represent Aerotel Hotel professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

Job Requirements

  • Saudi national
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of proven sales experience within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market, particularly corporate, airline, and travel trade segments.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
