Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, building and nurturing relationships with clients and corporate partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional tasks include managing sales activities, creating proposals and presentations, and collaborating with the hotel's management team to meet strategic objectives. The role also involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor performance, and ensuring exceptional client service to foster positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Forecasting
  • Experience in Event Sales, Corporate Sales, and Group Booking Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role in the hospitality sector is highly desirable
