A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
- Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations
- Lead, train, and develop the housekeeping team
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hygiene and brand standards
- Prepare departmental budgets and manage operational expenses
- Implement quality control inspections and audits
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Monitor productivity, schedules, and staffing requirements
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service challenges professionally
What We Need From You
- Minimum 35 years of experience in housekeeping leadership within a hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping processes and standards
- Proficiency with housekeeping systems and inventory planning
- Ability to motivate diverse teams
