Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Azure Palma 2 RIYADH

Employment Type: Full-Time 6 on 7

Reporting To: Compound Manager

Nationality Requirement: no preferences

Language : English is mandatory, (Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, and Arabic are the languages spoken by the team he will be supervising.

Job Summary

He will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations across the compound, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation at all times. This includes maintaining exceptional cleanliness for villa handovers, all common areas, and multiple facilities within the compound.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires proactive supervision of the housekeeping team, accurate monitoring of cleaning materials and supply levels, and timely submission of stock orders. The Supervisor must lead by example, fostering discipline, teamwork, and consistency within the housekeeping department.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Certification or training in Housekeeping Management or Hospitality Operations

Experience: Must have held this position for at least 3 years.

Technical & Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and their appropriate use on different surfaces and materials.

Proven ability to maintain housekeeping inventory effectively.

Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use Excel for tracking and reporting.

Capable of preparing and submitting material requests and usage reports.
