Housekeeping Supervisor -BICSc

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff on daily operations
• Ensure compliance withBICSc standardsand company procedures
• Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene levels
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and equipment usage
• Manage cleaning schedules, materials, and inventory
• Coordinate with clients and report performance updates

Requirements :

• BICSc Certification (mandatory)
• Minimum 35 years of experience in cleaning supervision
• Experience in healthcare facilities Required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and safety standards
